ABOUT ME

I'm an experimental social psychologist with a special focus on diversity and intergroup relations. My research deals primarily with social identities such as race, gender, and religion, as well as the intersections between them. I completed my undergraduate degree at Stanford University, and my Ph.D. at Tufts University. Following a few years as a postdoc/ assistant adjunct professor at Columbia Business School, I moved to Haifa, Israel where I held a visiting scientist position at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. In 2018 I began a position as an assistant professor of psychology at the California State University - East Bay. My work has been featured in Psychological Bulletin, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Social Psychology and Personality ScienceSocial Cognition and other academic journals.
